We are eating nachos for supper but I really want a salad from chipotle. I also want an alcoholic drinks but my in laws think they can tell me I can't until I'm done breastfeeding.

I wouldn't have to because I would drink so little and at least 3 hours before my next pumping session.

Oh then yeah you should be fine , but I've just always heard it could be in your milk so to always dump the next pump
