How long after your LO rolled over from belly to back did they roll from back to belly?

Every time I roll over on my stomach at night, I freak out and quickly roll back over on my side or back and start rubbing my belly. It is so hard to go from sleeping on your stomach all the time, to not being able to for 9 months. I feel like I keep squishing my peanut😩

He only rolled over 2 or 3 times from back to tummy without help? ☺ Could it be because he is a big baby?
My son was about 2.5/3 mos old when he rolled tummy to back and then back to tummy. He did them both around the same time. At 4 mos, he's doing that and then he'll roll onto his tummy and try to crawl
