Hi, my 6 week old has a cold. His eyes are really watery and his bottom bit of his eye is red. Is this due to the cold or could it be something else?

@chloe.davenport95 that shouldn't really happen with just a cold does sound like it could be conjunctivitis x
Could be viral conjunctivitis if his actual eye ball goes really blood shot or large patches of red and or the lids swell shut or red and funky then see a doctor. My daughter had viral conjunctivitis the other week it went in 2 days but my toddler at 1 got a sudden conjunctivitis in 4 hours her eyelids swelled massive and sealed shut and she nearly got a rare complication of having such where her eye muscles were not 100 per cent during. She had to have medication for it. As did my son when he was a baby for the same sporting look. It will look similar to having a black eye and really swollen and shut
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
