Oh poor baby. I would do The ER because that's pretty high, 103 😥 but I'm a ftm still preggers so I'm not so sure if my advice counts.

@avie, it is high :/ but Idk if they plan on just sending us home ya know. Like we live in Buffalo so it's cold AF outside right now and I'd hate to wake her up and get her dressed just for them to send us home, you know?

you should at least wake her up and try a room temperature bath to cool her down to see if it helps and a dose of Tylenol if you haven't already done that

give her Tylenol, cool washcloth on her forehead. take to doc in the am.

Her doctors office doesn't have an on call doctor I guess -_- the answering machine said call 911 or go to the ER. But she woke up like 20 minutes ago, so I gave her Tylenol, changed her diaper, nursed her, and now she's back asleep! tylenol never has never ever worked for us..what does it is motrin..i didnt read all the comments but just in case it dosent go down ..maybebit might not work for some babies..

I know this was hours ago, but if you call the hospital and tell them the situation, they can also give you advice and whether or not they think you should bring her in! Our pediatrician doesn't have an on-call past 8pm.
