Tummy time is very important for newborns and my baby clenches his fist a lot so ummm I think I should be concerned because he's not pushing himself up he just seems to lay his head on the pillow with his fist clenched and I heard this other mom that her son needed therapy I guess. Should I be concerned ?

Try doing tummy time with him on your chest. My daughter has been able to hold her head up really well and her doctor says its because of that. it forces them to lift up to look at you.

I don't think so my daughter didn't push herself up until 3 months

That is very comforting because I was already reading about cerebral palsy and was getting freaked out @eryka616, and I will sure do that. I'm sure my son will love an up close of his mommy @karramaej,
