My baby girl misses her dad so much that she's being very clingy to him and showing off just to get all his attention. He not only has been working long hours at work but he also has been working out on his free time to reach his goal by mid January so he can reenlist. I wish there was more time in the day so she can have more time with him but there's not.

An she will miss him more when he enlists, do you think you'll be able to handle that? just curious. @babynessa

I pretty much take care of her by myself now. My husband works nights so he sleeps during the day. He wakes up about an hour or two before work then he leaves. Thats all the time we get with him. He was in the military once so I'm use to not seeing or living with him most of the year. The longest I've been away from him was 11 months. I only saw him for a week during that time for Christmas/us getting married. Military life is not new too me so it's no biggie that he's enlisting again. @ryliannsmommy

@babynessa do you worry about how it will affect her though? I'm sure youll be fine as you understand what he is doing an she doesn't. My daughter Is a big daddy's girl, I couldn't imagine how she would feel if he left one day. She would rather have him than me most days, he also works nights but as soon as he is home she's all about him. Im sure you guys have thought of how she would feel as any good parent would, just would be hard to see your baby sad an missing the yher parent I think. @babynessa

I think any parent that has a spouse in the military worries about how it would effect their child while their mom or dad is away serving our country. Yeah she will notice that her dad just one day doesn't come home but all I can do is surround her with love and happiness until she is reunited with her dad. It's a sacrifice that she will learn while she grows up. I know she will miss him and I know she will probably be sad and even some days hate that he is in the military but the only thing I can do is tell her why he's serving and make her appreciate the sacrifice our family is doing. I believe it's hard on any military child as it will be for her but when she's older and an adult she will one day appreciate what her dad did for us. @ryliannsmommy
