You can lay her on a boppy too if you have one. Maybe the floor is too hard. You can also do tummy time with her on your belly.

I'll either lay her on the bed, or I'll get the changing table mat and have her lay on that for a firmer surface. Nothing works. I put toys in front of her to try to distract her, I try sitting in front of her to talk to her... Nothing has worked. :( @andrewsmommy,

Hmmm maybe just let her whine a little. She will eventually get over it and start to lift her head and move. Maybe do just 3 minutes not 30 until she doesn't cry as much anymore

Mine hated tummy time. especially when he learned to roll over and couldn't roll back. He eventually just got used to it after leaving him for a bit to cry. He now is about to crawl and doesnt mind time time anymore.

that seems like too much tummy time . my daughter would do maybe 10 min twice a day at that age . we had toys n play pads down . but I also did mommy me yoga time with her...she got more floor time n loved it...always smiley n happy I think interaction with them on the floor helps. my daughter was crawling at 6 months n walking at 9 months ...

the first two months he wouldn't stand being on his tummy, for the past two weeks now I've been giving him more and more tummy time and he's okay with it, sometimes. he can lift his head fairly well . but he also has rolled himself over because he HATES being on his tummy, now hes trying to move off of his boppy... barely can move his upper body and the boy already wants to start crawling 😅 haha
