Stressed, I got an interview tmrw for Marriott Renaissance. It is full time, unfortunately I can't leave Ross since I've only been with them a year and I need to be able to qualify for disability/maternity leave, right? So my stress is even if I did get FT I'd have to beg for Ross to work with my hours @ Renaissance with the chance of keeping both BUT I would be working 7 days a week.... Also, bf/baby daddy is totally against it :(

Sorry ladies if this has already been asked but when are you guys going on maternity leave? I was thinking about working all the way up until my due date but with my work schedule, I may take it earlier

Had to make a tough decision..I just told my boss I have to take maternity leave already..I'm only 19 weeks and have a ways to go..but my current situation is very stressful..I'm always stressing on making it to my appointments(4-5 weekly)& making it to work on time..on top of that I have 2 kids 11&9. She understood and all which is great..but I feel so worried about this decision because of how my income will change..in the end tho my baby's health is all that matters to me the most..I will not...
