What do you moms think about "screen time"? Do you stress about how much tv your little ones watch or go with the flow?

I just go with the flow it's on her cartoons all day. which her cartoons are on pbs and Disney junior all educational shows. she doesn't sit in front of the tv all day she comes and goes. certain shows she'll stop and watch but once it goes to commercial she runs off and plays then comes back when her show is on. and other shows she don't watch them she just plays and it's background noise

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
I keep Baby first tv on for most of the day since it's all educational. My 1 year old will watch for a few minutes and then play or get into things lol and then come back and watch for a couple more minutes. There's a couple things from there that I've noticed he has learned, like to clap when a certain song comes on. As long as they are not glued to it, I see nothing wrong with tv. We do shut it off in the evening though.
