So for our babysitter we got her 3 Ani and Alex bracelet, a mani and pedi gift card and we are giving her one week bonus in addition to her weekly pay. Feel like she deserves so much more. She's not only Ethan's babysitter but she has become a very special part of my family. She treats our son like her own son/grandson with exceptional care and want her to feel appreciated. It's been almost 6 months of her taking care of our most priced possession. Don't know what else I can get her. Plus her birthday is in January.
