So it takes roughly 56 minutes to get to Morgan town from out house. And 56 minutes back. My SO left around 9:30 10 but he's not back yet.. And I'm starting to worry.

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
