Are Perfect Prep Machines Really Safe? The Gruesome Truth Revealed
Did anyone else catch the gruesome truth on watchdog about perfect prep machines. Sterile water was put in and the water that came out was in some machines 100's times higher than it went in. And contaminated water going in came out as if not more full of bacteria. Even with a new filter in after a few times of use the water is more dirty than hat out of a tap! 😳 to top off I'd heard u can get universal filters for them. Only to find out there not suitable although they physically fit they do not remove bacteria!

Unfortunately companies sell things all the time that aren't always safe. There highlighting that there claims of removing impurities isn't true and highlighting to people that there not doing what they say they are really. More education but it's up to us to decide in the end. I know most health visitors hate the things anyway.
I use one, and my boys been okay so far apart from colic, should I keep using it isn't it safe to use then?

wth... I don't know if my water just boke or if its just pee... I was laughing and a gush came out It doesn't smell like pee but i did noticed when i wiped more of my mucus came out pinkish
Had an urge to pee so when I got up and painfully waddle to the bathroom I couldn't sit in time so I tinkled standing up and strangely it was little by little than a gush of liquid just freely coming out. Mind you the first I tinkled it hurt a bit and I started contracting than more liquid was released before gushing all out. I'm not sure if I had alot to pee or I witnessed my water actually breaking with my very own eyes. 😕😕😕😕
Note to self : Drink more water drink more water drink more water 😩 ugh dammit
I’m just discovering more weird Hollywood stuff now. I’m still fairly new to these things. I need to open up my eyes more and dig deeper to find more crazy stuff.

There are many things being marketed and sold that later come to light are not as they seem or not safe. There's been quite a lot of products over the years where deaths have been attributed. One was one of the side sleeers. Last year caused deaths due to the way it fixed to the bed. A company hiring them out had to stop while the manufacturer dealt with the issue. There's been car seats baby monitors strangling babies. Sleeping bags poorly fitting. Pram which collapse with the baby in. The list is endless. It's whether Tommee tippee respond and address the issue. Either by rebranding there claims to not state the level of removal of bacteria. Or address to which micron down the filter filtrates the water. The issue isn't so much the machine, but that parents are being told something that is not true regarding a continual filtration and safe level for baby to drink for 3 months.
