Curious about mommas who co sleep? How do you do it? I was told it's a bad habit to start because it'll be harder to get her out of our bed when she's older. but we've been have rough nights since my daughters tooth is coming in and she sleeps longer when she's cuddled, but my boyfriends afraid of her falling off the bed or getting rolled on top of.
Thoughts?
We let our daughter sleep on the middle of the bed. Has from day 1. We move our pillows to the edges and she sleeps in the middle. Sometimes I cuddle her sometimes I turn my back to her. Now at 3 months we are transitioning to the bassinet (rock and play) we are not in a big rush to move her because we enjoy co sleeping.
We coslept from birth until 2 mos and then we transitioned him into a bassinet and then from 2.5-3.5 mos we transitioned him from bassinet into crib and now at 4 mos he's sleeping in his crib through the night. We started out with just naps for a week or so; then at night he'd sleep in his bassinet until like 12 or so and then get in bed with us and we just kept moving the time farther and farther away from 12 and he got to where he was sleeping 8 hours in his bassinet and then we started the same thing in his crib
My friend is doing her baby shower in August when she's do in October I think that's a lil too early. But hey that's none of my business
All I want to do is chill on my bed and LAY ON MY STOMACH!!! The first thing I'm doing when I've had her and feel better!!!😢😢😢
I'm not at all comfortable with the thought of having my baby sleep in a crib so therefore she will sleep with me & her dad . Eventually I will have to get her to sleep in her own bed but until then she is to sleep in my bed & idc what anyone has to say about it
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
My daughter is TWO and we still cosleep. I can't sleep without having some part of me touching her. It just works best for us.
