Any breastfeeding mommies have to cut dairy out of their diet? If so when did u start to work it back into your diet? Do babies ever grow out of the intolerance to the milk protein in our breastmilk ?
Almond milk, was the main thing and Ben and jerrys makes non diary ice cream. Other than that it wasn't hard. @samclark5,
@yungbae, happy to hear he grew out of it ☺️☺️☺️ what dairy alternatives did u use? I've been reallllly craving dairy but I wouldn't ever risk it because my poor baby girl was in so much pain at night when I was eating it.
Yeah. I had to go 6 months without dairy. He had a dairy intolerance up until then. He's throw up and have the worst gas until I stopped eating it. He's outgrown it and thank god because I love milkshakes 😭 the dairy alternatives weren't bad though
@rainbowbaby2015, her doctor said she's most likely not lactose intolerant but that I should cut dairy out and it worked but he also said she could outgrow it but I wasn't sure when
My daughter is lactose intolerant. I did everything the doctors suggested and nothing worked so I had to quit breast feeding and put her on a special formula

Still on this clear liquid diet 😩😩😩
What do y’all feed your 1 year old? My sons pediatrician is concerned with his weight and said to completely cut noodles and potatoes out of his diet.
So I started the Keto diet last week and I ended up eating bread and like carbs and I broke out so back to this diet
Thinking about trying this keto diet out.
