My son is one month old now and he was born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate, his surgery is when he is 3 months old and things are kinda hard to handle because he has to use specialized bottles and can't use a pacifier unless we hold it in place the whole time. Any moms have babies with a cleft who can relate or give advice?
