It's my birthday on Friday and it's also my partners works xmas do.... so he's not done anything for my birthday and he's going out on his works doo? I'm upset about this and he's saying I'm over reacting? Can anyone else see why I'm upset?? Or am I really been stupid?
What's something you're working on right now to become a better person? I'm working on being more positive 😘🙌🏾 getting up earlier ready to start the day! I'm also working on not getting upset at small things! It's not even worth it! I'm working on smiling more and appreciating every single day! You should always be growing and working on something! Paternity leave How long are your husbands or SO getting off for paternity leave? My husband is only getting 1 week off. Then he leaves again. He works in the oilfields so he's always gone. I'm so upset it can't be longer. I'm more than likely having another c-section so it's going to be hard recovering plus handling a newborn and two year old. Makes me sad ?

anyone in tx? I'm sooo scared of this hurricane. My husband is in wyoming working so it's just me and my 2 kids. They're saying it's going to be a category 4 when it lands and I'm just scared. He's been telling me to calm down the last 2 days I've mentioned it and he just text me and said "I'm really worried about this storm" I want to pack my stuff and drive to wyoming right now...it's a 17 hour drive. But then I'm afraid I'd be stuck and wouldn't be able to get home bc of flooding and I don't want my daughter to miss school. I'm just terrified. I'm crying right now lol.

Neither of us go out often so I wouldnt mind if my husband went to his xmas do. If it unfortunately landed on my Birthday. As long as he did something nice like make me breakfast in bed or have a nice evening together the night before or after. But yeh if he's not planning on doing anything for you that's a bit low.

I'd be upset. however if you hadn't planned to do anything maybe he thought you didn't want to so Said he'd go to the works do. or he just didnt think, men have a habitat of that xx
