Can you use the nipple from a bottle as a pacifier? I'm holding her so it won't pop out of the ring. Any ideas? She doesn't normally use a pacifier but sometimes at night she just wants to suck.

My August baby decided she wanted to be a May baby like her big sister. Madison Noelle was born on Tuesday, May 24 at 3:50pm, weighing 2lbs, 13oz and 14". What pacifier, binky, thati or whatever you want to call it is best for breast feeding babies? Or do they prefer you don't use one?
You can but it has a hole in it and it'll give baby gas. That's why you're supposed to replace worn out pacifiers.
