Worst experience ever! After waiting for 3 hours and finally getting my car to the mechanic, the tow truck driver gets in a huge fight with one of the workers and started spouting off all this racist garbage. I can't help but sit here and cry because it was the most horrendous experience. The police have been called and they have my statement and I hope the man working for the mechanic doesn't get in any trouble.
