I would. They say diarrhea can be a sign that labor is starting or about to start. Also sounds like you might be having contractions.

I just dont want to have to go to the hospital and nothing is wrong and my husband has to leave work early and then spend hours in the hospital @jtmsmom

I completely understand. Just start by calling your doctor. And go from there. I don't want you to end up in a situation where you wait too long and your hubby can't make it there in time. It's probably nothing though. But better be safe especially so close to your due date.
