I feel like an idiot. My due date is tomorrow and I'm having heavy pains in my ligaments area that feels like intense period cramps.
I don't know how to identify labor pains so that would be why I feel like an idiot.
Any suggestion??

You could call labor and delivery and just explain it to them! Doesn't hurt to. I'm so nervous as a first time mom ill have no idea so I understand 😥

@bribob93 yes you can call l&d and ask them... does it come and go? or consistant?

Me too!! Every appointment they ask about contractions and im like "yeahh, probably..i don't know" 🤔

It isn't as constant as I expect an actual contraction to be. And the stomach isn't hardening so I don't know. Just very painful

then my boy moves around SO much ALL the time that im like "would he move THIS much if this is a contraction??!" constant movements hurt sometimes
