You probably can't breastfeed right away due to the risk of infection & don't being able to take the jewelry out, I would ask the piercer & your doctor.

i hear from wic class say can beastfeeding when you have nipple piercing but also hear different too for other doctors so best ask your doctor check yourself

I had mine pierced for years, I took them out about a year before I got preggers. my son is 4 months EBF and going strong. I would recommend taking jewelry out while feeding due to choking hazard or baby having a reaction to jewelry.
