if you're not BFing, baby would normally eat every 2 hours. you can pump every 2h to keep your supply

Yea rn he would be eating every two hours so you should pump on that 2 hour schedule and soon you'll start making more

lol my son eats every 3 hours on a schedule (in the nicu) and I pump about every 3 hours unless I'm going to visit him. it's a hard schedule to keep up with for me but it works. try pumping right after your baby eats as you would after nursing. your body will make enough based on supply and demand.
