Any mom's go back to work full time and still EBF. How do you do it??? please share is it even possible?😳

I've heard someone say to pump the opposite breast while baby is eating. So like while she eats from one pump the other one? It sounds like a hard position to get into though, but I hear it helps build up your supply

I started pumping whenever I could , even if it was just one or two ounces here and there. Just to really make my stock pile . Also like someone said above , pump in the early AM , that's when you get the most. And as for how it's going at work, you really just need to establish a steady pumping schedule at work and stick to it.

@desi720, I was bad at pumping while on maternity leave because my daughter always wanted to be on my boob. I have a small stash at my moms because she watches her while I'm at work. Start pumping in the AM about an hour after your daughter eats. I always get the most during that pump session. You can start building a supply that way. Also try to pump before bed

@schu35, I pump once a day but I only get 4oz maybe I should try pumping more often to see if I can get more but she is always on my boob it seems😕

Wherever you work is legally obligated to provide you with a locked private space to pump .

I pump all the time! 3 times at work and before bed

I recently did..I just had a stock pile in the freezer, pumped breakfast, lunch and dinner.. I am flying through it though🙁
