4 is absolute earliest. 4-6 months is typically when people introduce it but 6 months is recommended.

The longer, the better. Their little bellies aren't equipped to handle food, yet. I've heard four months is the earliest, but personally I think six months is best.

The earliest is about four months. The later the better really, up until a year old they really only need breastmilk or formula. Their stomachs are still very sensitive and it's not that easy to digest foods just yet. Food before one is just for fun 😊
