After walking all day Dec 3 I started feeling contractions around 3am Dec 4th and an hour later I lost my mucus plug. Then contractions came closer but was irregular I told my midwife i didnt want to contract at home anymore so we got at the birth center around 6am. And she broke my water because he was trying to get out but my water didnt want break. Soon as my water broke I felt the urge to push so I gave two pushes every contraction and he was out 8:37am... I tore alot though but the birth was an amazing experience..
Delivered my baby out of the Hospital and I'm so proud!😄

I'm just seeing this. Forgive me for stalking I thought of you 😂 but yes girl the pain is horrible. My stitches just dissolved completely. And I'm finally not constipated anymore. Girl I was so scared to have a BM b/c if the stitches lol.
so happy to be a mom in sure you know the feeling! but I am also in so much pain between the stitches and the hemorrhoids in just glad that recovery is almost over ☺

I have a low tolerance of pain so I’m screwed either way 😂 but I am going to get through a natural birth no matter what!
Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful?
I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
So I thought my water broke... i was about to freak out... Im still sitting on the toilet trying to figure out if it was pee..

Sapphire was born at 8:03pm. Started cervidil last night at about 10pm. It increased my contractions and by this morning I went from 1cm and 75% effaced to 4cm and 90% effaced. So we decided to hold off on anything and monitor me and see what my body did. 2 1/2 hrs they checked me and I went to 6cm and 100% effaced. They broke my water and by around 7:30 was ready to push.
