I really want to breastfeed, but she's not latching on.π I kind of feel bad for using formula instead of the milk in my breast. I know it comes with patience but I wish it could happen soon..

I feel the same way but I give my baby pumped milk and formula. At least he getting some. Do you have a pump.

Hand express. I'm having to do that with my daughter, she has trouble latching too.
But keep trying pinch your nipple down and help her latch sometimes that will help them latch better. It's frustrating but it's worth it to keep trying, its new to them, they need help and practice sometimes.

I have. I've tried both. She latches for like a second then lets go. I just really wanna keep trying because my breasts are full for one and two it's something that I want to share with her. And thank you for your words of encouragement!

Have you tried other positions like the football hold or something else ? My daughter had a hard time when j first tried to latch her so we did the football hold and she latched right away and that's how she would nurse until she got a little bigger. You got this mama she's new to this too but your body was meant for this and she has natural instincts too just give it time you got this!

Okay @so nsleighsmumma I will do that. And no, WIC is supposed to give me one so I'm waiting on my appointment with them so maybe I can pump and she still gets the milk. @rocd

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
