Got my glucose test in tha morning. It says I can eat before I drink it, jus no sweets, only bland foods. Can I eat now…

Ok ladies..... Sadly I have to take the 3 hr test. I hope it goes better nxt time. Looks like i am "really anemic" too.

How about i woke up later than i wanted, went to get some eggs n bacon and there was traffic aaaand an accident so who has no time to get breakfast.....

I did two glucose test. My first one I didn't eat and my appointment was at 9am I got 103 as my glucose level. The the second time I ate a blueberry bagel with butter and a cup of milk and eggs. I scored 149 glucose level which is barely passing since cut off it 150. Just to show you how much of a difference a small meal makes in sugar levels.

Seriously. No carbs or sugar. That's what I eat when my sugar is high and I'm super hungry. A few strips of turkey bacon.

@teniera, um thinkn if they actually put on tha paper i can eat eggs n bacon before the drink, that a few crackers wont hurt hrs beforehand. If so, i will just have to friggn r/s lol.

lol I did the same thing. My endocrinologist didn't let me eat before I had my test at their office, but my OB said it was fine .
