Any mamas with psoriasis? I read making a lotion out of breastmilk is incredibly healing for psoriasis. Has anyone made lotion ourof their breastmilk?

@hiswifetheirmama I just have guttate but it gets bad every spring, and this year its starting early so Im looking to control it before it gets out of hand :/ the kind you have sounds so much worse though! I couldn't bear having it on my palms!

Is there a lactation nurse on here? Does lemongrass tea increase breastmilk supply? And also what can I drink to increase my breastmilk production?

I’m gonna make BREASTMILK lotion. I had the idea a while back but my friends son has a bad diaper rash so I decided to get what I needed to make some for her! I’ll probably try it on my face too and see what it does for breakouts.

I have super bad eczema but whenever I apply breastmilk to it, it hurts worse.
