All I seem todo on here is moan sorry😬🙉 I'm in absolute agony with my groin hips and back in bed & walking I can't even roll over without it taking 5 minutes and tears and getting out of bed and walking is a right struggle 😰 I've had about an hours sleep because of it! Any ideas what it could be ?? I had the sweep Sunday but I wouldn't have thought it would affect my hips and groin?

it could well be that he is full engaged now so that's the pain and pressure how long have you had the pains babes
@mummagordon, I was in hospital Sunday night and was 1-2cms so the midwife gave me a sweep and I was contracting then but it stopped by yesterday morning & I was 4/5 engaged when she checked so isit possible he could have come down further now? Xx & @charlotteandharry yes I've heard of it but my midwife is useless xx
Has your midwife ever mentioned SPD? I had it and it was horrible 😞 I had a really low bed and it killed me. Evenhad to put a plastic carrier bag on my seat in my car so I could swivel in and out on my bum 🙈 very painful xx
@lucxo, it sounds like the pressureubba you have more weight on hips at moment and the groin pain sounds like baby is engaged and getting ready to come do you get like a lighting pain in groin shooting pain that also pressure from babba head xxxx
bounce on ball if you have 9ne and keep active walking up and down stairs this is ment to help I found ball good for me I always kept moving it sounds more to do with labour then anything else
