Do you take it and pass it through breastmilk, or do you give it to baby?

that's what I was wondering

For breastfeeding mommies like myself i drink it & pass it through breastmilk; and formula fed babies you make the tea and use it instead of water and mix with formula, & you can also pump and mix a little with breastmilk.

please let me know if this works! Ive always wanted to try something like this cuz i love tea but im afraid to buy it unless i know it has worked for someone.

@rari, it tastes like cumin too so not soo good but not terrible .

Ladies, honestly she still woke up the same amount, but did go to sleep faster the 3 times she woke up. And my baby finally pooped after 4 days!!
