We had a 5 pounder preemie, 12 weeks tomorrow and she still fits newborn.

He never got to wet his! 9 lbs even and 21 in long, we had to return and exchange the gifts people got him and he was in 0-3/3 mos until he was 1 month and then 3/6 mos until 3 mos and at 3 mos he started wearing 6/9 mos

By about a month and a half. He was 5lbs 7oz at birth and in preemie diapers and clothes.

He was born already too big for newborn 😂 almost 10 lbs
