see but this is my first an I get really cautious about pretty much every thing because I was under the impression you can only take Tylenol and Tums

Zantac 75mg is safe to take when pregnant. That's what I have to take like twice daily or my acid reflux kicks my ass. I was waking up at odd hours of the night in agent because of it too. Talk to your doctor or the pharmacist about what you should take
