My son is about 3 weeks old and everytime he poops he screams and cries and its hard not soft/loose π© so im guessing he's constipated .... i dont know what i should do?

@honeyy, yes hun baby apple juice the Gerber kind but by him being just 3 weeks old I would dilute it with baby water too. With my other three children I did this, also formula can make their bowels hard too.

He's way too young for drinks besides breast milk or formula.

I think he might be too young for apple juice. A little warm water not to hot but just lukewarm water might make his bowels a little softer. Praying little guy feels better hunπ
