😯question 😯 so my friend has been careful not to put her BD down on anything he's not on the birth certificate or anything but recently she got child support papers form her Medicaid and she called her BD and asked him about it and he told her he claimed their baby on his secondary (if he dies on the job the money will be paid to the baby) but he said that that couldn't have set it in motion that it had to be something she did now the question is is what set it off??? plz help

I don't think him putting baby down at his work would matter I can let you know more tomorrow if you want.

he put the baby down as his daughter on the papers he filled out on his job @mamatocassidee
she applied for food stamps not to long ago but the papers came before that @leahsmommi
I can't say for sure but I would think it has something to do with the Medicaid and not him putting in papers. Did the papers indicate him as the father?
well her child is on Medicaid and wic after he put in those papers is when the child support papers came in could that have had anything to.do with it or could it have been something else cuz she hasn't put him down on anything @mamatocassidee
in MN at least Child Support cases are automatically opened if the baby is on state assistance for medical after 1 year or if the mother applied for cash or food support (I work for the county child support in Minnesota).
