really sharp pains in lower right side of mt back that the pains shoots down my right butt cheek and makes it to where i cant hardly walk and or sit down. what could this be? im 23 weeks pregnant and this has been happening since Friday. every now and then the pain will go to my stomache but it feels like a period cramp.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
So I'm at the ER due to shocking pain down my back and bad cramping. They are telling me that my baby's heartbeat is abnormally high. Has this happened to anyone? They can't explain why but they are telling me it's not right.
