When is chest pain concerning? I have sore ribs it feels like. Bottom of my rib cage on both sides and across my chest. Feels like I've been lifting weights. Anyone else?

Its just the baby pushing on your ribs. Mine pushed up on my ribs so hard he dislocated two of them!
I had the before it was growing pains your body stretching so now it's all sore and the baby moving and all the shifting
So I went to the ER 2 days ago for fluids. Now today I have this terrible pain like surrounding my abdomen. From my ribs down the sides to the bottom of my pelvis. My mom is worried it's contractions. Is this what they feel like? Idk!
