I need advice right now!!!! I've been having diarrhea all morning, then all of a sudden I feel constipated and like I have to push really hard to poop but I don't want to do that. Now I noticed a little spotting on my underwear and feels like my anus hurts and I feel a lot of pressure on my cervix. I have a cerclage tho. Should I go to labor and delivery??
