How did y'all stop drinking caffeine??? I walked into chick fil a and ordered a water with my meal, but then went back…

I didn't stop drinking caffeine but I cut down. not gonna lie. I used to drink 4 sodas a day. now I drink 1 sometimes 2. and make sure I also fit in at least 2 bottles of water. also I eat alot of food that has slot of water. like celery and watermelon.

but i have had days where I just want soda all day. and when I did that I made sure I didn't drink any the next day. So any way lol I just try my best to not over do it with caffeine but I didn't totally stop

Some guy? The key word there is GUY! What does he know about pregnancy or coffee during pregnancy. He's a dude they don't know jack squat lol just drink it if you want to just don't do like over 12 cups a day and you'll be fine.

I haven't stopped either but I read that it matters most because when the baby comes out it can have caffeine withdrawals

I never quit, just drunk it in moderation as well.

I didn't quit... I drink around 200mg a day give take a little. and IDGAF if women judge me. lol my baby I'd just like mama a caffeine head😉

I try to limit to1 a day. I was a big water drinker but now my pregnancy cravings r for sodas and any other drink besides water

I drink less..can't quite otherwise I get migraines

I never did lol I drink coffee, pop, and tea. My first son is doing great and so is this baby boy.
