That's why we want to move. We figured get a house out there. Rent it out and move back. But I don't know about uprooting our life here. That's an amazing deal though!!! @mommyof3boys1girl

@leahsmommi, its ok nothing like cali i use to live close to sacramento the only thing is houses are super cheap here we got a 3bed 2 bath in good neighborhood for $85,000
