So my mucus plug just came out but there isn't blood or any pink tinge to it. It definitely looks like a mucus. What should I do? Does this mean I could go into labor?

Ladies I need your opinion, this morning when I wiped I had a green mucus on my tissue and now I found this when I wiped. I'll put the pic in the comments. I believe it's my mucus plug but I want to make sure. Sorry for the TMI in advance.
