What can I do for postpartum depression?
Tbh I feel like a bad mom cause I have it..
I have borderline and bipolar in the mix also. (I know this is a question I should be asking to the doctor but I haven't had time to see my therapist or doctor cause of work so I was seeking out those with experience with this condition.)

I definitely suggest talking to your doctor or a friend or family member. It helped me simply to talk about it and to know I wasn't alone. My doctor helped me find support groups, counseling, etc. with their women who also had ppd. I suffered unknowingly with it for six weeks, because everyone kept saying "it's the baby blues. It normal to feel sad." But it wasn't just feeling a little blue and emotional, and at my 6 week check, my doc diagnosed me and helped me. So speaking from experience, talk to someone about it. Mine got horrible within those six weeks that I had nobody. You just have to have a good support system, who understands without passing judgment. And you can always message me and other ladies here.
