poor baby at least you got the chance to breastfeed her a little bit but I hope you stop kicking yourself about "giving up" you do great just by doing what's best for her and that's the #1 thing a good mother does .

@rainbowbaby2015, i meant reaction to breast milk. my cousin's daughter projectile vomited. she developed this reaction within the first couple of weeks. do not blame yourself. it is not your fault.

@concrete, she can't have any milk because she's too young but her formula she became constipated and sick

@jjsmommyjj711, I did change my diet I was producing enough nutrients and she was still becoming constipated and sick so they just recommended a special formula or continue to breastfeed and see her in constant pain I chose the formula.

@rainbowbaby2015, what was her reaction to milk?

@concrete, you can't do any tests like blood work or anything just a bunch of tests like formula changes, a little juice etc. my daughter gets really constipated which after all the mini testa they did they said lactose

you could have kept breastfeeding if you tweaked your diet a little so she didn't get an upset tummy it's hard but worth it in the end....and like @concrete said did they test her?

first of all, do not beat yourself up. you tried. second, who's told you she was intolerant?
