I started taking prenatals.. Do they help increase my chances in trying to conceive ?

I been taking them for almost a year I does not really help but if you are trying to conceive it a great source to get your body ready. Just like @pikapal said .

Yes! Like I said before, it helps prepare your body for carrying a baby. Doctors actually recommend you start taking them when you start trying for a baby to help your body do it's job.

@emileemoreland, @pikapal it's still good to take them when TTC then right ?

It doesn't help or increase your chances of conceiving but it does help your body be better situated for housing a baby
