I had to use a manual pump or squeeze it out to feel two bottle . I did it because I didn't want to give my babies anything but mommy's milk. I'm not saying anything bad at all about mother that formula feed.

Please keep yourself hydrated lots of fluids water Gatorade Powerade! Also eating oatmeal 2 to 3 days a week will up your support!
When I squeeze I see milk but when I pump it's nothing. You think I can get my milk to flow @mami2d
