Is it possible that my baby is heavy enough at 18 weeks to hurt my pelivic bone on the side? it feels sore when i lay on one side.

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
