not much. lol i overpacked and ended up sending the bag back home.. but yes comfy sweats or yoga pants and a nursing bra if you plan to breastfeed. also some granny panties you can throw out later

Make sure you pack a tooth brush and makeup. You will only need clothes for your baby they provide diapers and formula for the most part
