anyone else have mental health issues and is pregnant??... I feel I'm the only one.

I sure feel like it. I don't wanna end up back in the hospital for having negative thoughts about everything...

I have depression. I stopped taking meds last Feb but unfortunately pregnancy hormones made me spiral so now I'm back on low grade meds. really really didn't want to though.

I'm still take meds but not all the time like I should..

take them how you should!! it's hard to remember sometimes but inconsistencies will do more harm than good and you have to make yourself as healthy as possible for baby!

Sometimes I'm scared to take them, because I want to take more than needed... I never wanna hurt my baby... so I don't take them...

i just had to go back on mine too. I have severe anxiety and depression.
