in crying it out method after some time when he's really tired of crying me patting him till h3 sleeps the right way of crying it out or I'm supposed to pat him few sec nd go out of the room bcz he seen me drifting off nd panicked nd again I patted him, did I out him to sleep or he did himself I don't know if I failed or that was a good start,after two hours later he finally slept plz experienced mothers reply I'm in desperate need of help as this is my first time nd I'm pregnant it's making me very exhausted :(
