@sarah433, @tlistboom that's a relief. My boss felt bad that I wanted ham and cheese for lunch so friend my ham on the flat top this afternoon 😂 he's so awesome. Such an odd request though
if there was something wrong with it. you would have food poisoning. my sister had that when she was pregnant, but baby was fine. pregnant women are more likely to be affected if the food is contaminated, and processed meats,and soft cheese are more likely to be contaminated because of the way they are made and stored. it's best to stay away from it if you can. the baby was ok, but my sister was hospitalized, and it is vary unpleasant.
you would have food poisoning signs if you had anything. You are fine .. but follow what @sarah433 said .. cook your meats and eat real hard cheeses. Processed food and soft cheeses can have bacteria in them that is bad for anyone .. let alone a pregnant woman and her unborn child.
