There's so many things that I still don't know. I've read all kinds of books and posts and talked to a dozen or more people but it's like none of the information is sticking. I have no clue what to put in my hospital bag other than the obvious like comfy clothes, toiletries, and stuff like that. I have no clue what to put in baby's bag. I don't know anything about a birth plan, and I'm still trying to figure out exactly what Braxton hicks feel like because I should start feeling them soon but idk what to expect... this is all so very confusing. 😭

just relax and breathe first off. my hospital bag I packed comfy clothes and pads that's pretty much it. the baby bag had newborn clothes and 0-3 month old clothes just in case she couldn't fit into newborn. that's pretty much it too. I didn't know what size diaper she would be in or what kind of bottle she would use. I was told by the hospital they have the main essentials like diapers and wipes and they even gave me three bottles a package of diapers and a package of wipes that lasted until we got her diapers and wipes.

usually the hospital give you what you need for baby.. but I pack extra dipers and wipes and a few outfits for the baby and Braxton hicks is like false labor but the contractions are not really on the same time.. not everyone gets them... I had them with my first.. and with my second I didn't know I was really in labor I though it was fake because I was in pain for a month until I couldn't move and I called my hubby and told him and by the time we made to the hospital I was 7cm I was in so much pain but I kinda didn't know what to expected because my first was induced.

and I didn't really have a birth plan. I wanted to push but things happen and sometimes you need a c section. I didn't go to parenting classes or anything like that.
